Area Support Manager Directors

Sophie lives locally with her husband and two children. She qualified in 2003 after completing her Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education and started working at Old MacDonald’s in 2004. She then went on to complete her BA Hons Education Studies in 2014. Sophie started here as a Nursery Nurse at our Bovingdon nursery and went on to become Deputy Manager at our Chorleywood and Latimer nurseries then Manager at Anouska’s. From September 2021 she began a new role as Area Support Manager. Some of her main duties are to unify documentation between all 5 nurseries, supporting the nurseries in maintaining outstanding care and quality provision by carrying out regular spot checks, continually review our policies and procedures, carry out appraisals and supervisions with employees and to organise and carry out interviews.
